Our belief is that every young person, regardless of their background, has the potential to be all they want to be in life. We meet young people all the time who confound the seemingly impossible starting position they come from in their life to achieve their own personal greatness – whether this be living independently, achieving in education or going on to flourishing careers in the arts, public service and business. Our services for young people are constantly evolving because of their ideas, their work and our passion for creating as many opportunities so that they can unleash their tremendous power to change their own lives and the lives of many others.
We do this through a range of accredited training courses, leadership and personal development programmes, publications and work experience, internship and apprenticeship opportunities. The young people we work with come from all kinds of backgrounds including looked after children, care leavers, those out of education, employment or training and young offenders. All of our services are accessible for a range of learning abilities as well as young people with disabilities.
Our website, designed specifically for young people, is currently in development and will be launched by young people in September. This page is for both professionals who are interested in us working with their young people and young people who are interested to know more about what we do and how they can access our programmes independently.

Young People Publishing Their Work
Young people from all backgrounds have some powerful and truly remarkable stories to tell. Some chart the worst experiences and some the struggles that lead to success. All of them offer professionals a greater understanding of what and how to make the difference and young people the inspiration and hope that they can see challenges in life through. We welcome the ideas of young people who wish to write for CMP in one of our journals, publications or publish their own book with the support of our expert research and publications team. Young people interested in this should contact Clare Wenham.
